I am launching my Photography business and am very excited to share my photos with you.  I live in Estes Park, CO and am only about a 15 minute drive to the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.  This summer I spent a lot of time photographing the wildflowers in the park.  We had a very wet Spring and so the wildflowers were absolutely beautiful and plentiful.

The photo that I have selected for my first post is of a wild rose.  As I was hiking, I saw a lot of wild roses but this one especially caught my eye.  It was just a bud and its color was such a striking pastel pink that I couldn't help but stop to take a picture of it.

I hope you enjoy it as much as I did photographing it.
